How can I make the application payment?

All major payment methods are accepted. The application fee can be paid by credit card or debit card through our secure online payment system. If you experience any issues, please reach us at info@esta-visas.org.

I submitted my application for the ESTA and I still have not received a confirmation. What should I do?

Once the application has been submitted and payment has been made, the applicant will receive a confirmation email. Note that sometimes this message could be redirected to Spam/Junk mail inboxes. All applicants are advised to carefully check their email inboxes before contacting us via email at info@esta-visas.org.

What do I do if my ESTA application is denied?

The decision to grant or deny an application is entirely at the discretion of the government authorities. In the rare case that a ESTA application is rejected, you can contact us to request a full refund.

I've already submitted my request for a Travel Authorization, but I made a mistake. How can I fix it?

We strongly recommend that all applicants check the information they provide before submitting the application. If you submit your ESTA application form and later realize it contains incorrect information, please contact us immediately at info@esta-visas.org.

We do not have access to ESTA applications already submitted to the U.S. government. We cannot help update incorrect passport numbers, misspelled names, wrong birthdates, retrieve any missed ESTA Application Numbers, or confirm any applications already submitted.

I have a valid B-1/B-2 visitor visa. Do I need a ESTA?

No. As long as your visa is valid, you do not need a ESTA.

What do I do if I have two (2) passports?

If you have two passports due to dual-nationality, you must use the same passport to apply for ESTA and travel to the United States. The visa waiver cannot be transferred from one passport to another.

There cannot be any inconsistencies between the approved ESTA and the passport information provided on the ESTA application.

Do children need to apply for ESTA?

Yes, all children traveling on their own individual passport need a valid ESTA to travel to the United States.

Parents or guardians may complete the ESTA application on behalf of a minor. To do so, they should select this option when completing the online form and provide all the requested information.

Can you apply for a ESTA as a group?

No, you cannot. The ESTA is a personal, non-transferable document. Each traveler must obtain one individually. For example, if a family of 4 plans to visit the USA together, 4 individual ESTA applications must be submitted, one for each family member. Each applicant must pay the processing fee for their ESTA.
However, you can assist your family members in completing their own application online.
